V1.3 patch notes:
- Storm Guardian options cleaned
- Falcon options cleaned
- relentless added to aspect shrines (dark reaper, Shining Spear, shadow spectre)
- chainsword added
- revenant ML replaced with cloudburst
- Cloudburst ML range increased to 36
- Wounds increased to 2 on warlocks
- Firing Protocols (2) added to Shining Spears exarch to make things clearer
- Flexible tactics edited to be clearer
- Phoenix Lords received a points increase
- Phoenix Lords WLTs cleaned up (aspect warrior references changed to shrine)
