Panoptica V2.1 Release!

Hey all - we've done a broad update to the Panoptica, and whilst we've tried to list everything we changed below, we expect we may have missed a few!

• Emperor’s Children Kakaphoni Squad-No changes
• Erebus (and other name chaplains) Hatred Rule not applying to unit-No Changes
• Augury Scanners & Daemons-No Changes
• Scyllax Guardian-Automata Maniple (Errata)-Replace Support Unit to Support Squad
• Kheron Ophion of the Kyroptera (Balance Change)-Replace Power Armour with Artificer Armour
• Night Lords Atramentar Squad (Balance Change)-Changed profile to WS 5, LD 8 and 9 respectively and gain the Stubborn Special Rule.
• Contekar Teminator Squad (Balance Change)-Change base unit cost to 250 points and 45 points per model.
• Curze Psychic Power-No Changes
• Multi-Level Terrain and Templates (FAQ)-All models under a template are affected regardless of multi-level terrain.
• Ordnance Weapons (Balance Change)-Failed to Wound rolls with this weapon against Dreadnoughts and Automata may be rerolled.
• Macharius Battle Cannon-No Changes
• Rite of War: Armoured Spearhead (Balance Change)-Legion Predator Squadrons taken as Compulsory Troops gain the Line Subtype.

• Lacyraemarta (Balance Change)-Cannot use the movement ability if currently locked in combat.
• Stormwrought (Erata)-Fixed last sentence
• Storm Eagle (Balance Change)-Replace Hull (Front) Mounted Multi-Melta with Hull (Front) Mounted Gravis Melta Cannon.

• Techmarine Change-Rejected (Model is paying for his wargear fairly)
• Autek Mor Change Rejected-Doesn’t need Battle Hardened (1)
• Fulmentarus Missiles Change Rejected-Absolutely not
• Secutarii Line Change Rejected
• Tech Thralls (Balance Change)-Improve Armour save from 6+ to 5+

• Fulmentaris Terminators (Balance Change)-Incread Base points cost of the unit to 325 points and change ppm to 60.
